The molecular sieve is a kind of the crystal aluminosilicate attributing to its even pore size and much higher specific surface areas.


There are many excellent merits:


(1) The selective absorption as the different size and shape of molecules, that is to say, it only absorbs those molecules of which the diameter is less than the pore size of molecular sieve.


(2) To those smaller polar molecules and the unsaturated molecules, it has the property of selective absorption. The bigger the polarity is, and the higher the unsaturation is, the stronger property of the selective absorption is.


(3) It has much stronger property of water sorption too. No matter in the situations of higher temperature, larger space velocity, or lower content of water it is, there is rather higher capacity of water absorption.


Now, there are many types of the molecular sieve available, such as 3A, 4A, 5A, 10X, 13X, and CuX etc., which can be produced by our company and applied to the industries.




3A Molecular Sieve:

Mainly used for drying out unsaturated hydro carbon, such as the cracked gas-ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas. It can be also applied to dry polar liquid such as ethanol, liquefied petroleum gas and solvent.Our product can be used as a drier for large ehtylene device, and the water content may decrease below IPPm (its dew point is below -70ºC).

Reuse: heated dry gas without absorbed composition can be used to below and sweep bed, then the absorbed water will be removed, and the molecular sieve can be reused. The extent of regeneration depends on the time for regeneration and the temperature and humidity of regenerated gas.

4A Molecular Sieve

Widely used to dry gas and liquid, such as cracked gas, natural gas, refrigent, liquid gas, naphtha, kerosene, diesel oil and transformer oil, etc. It can be also emplyed to extract, purify argon and desulphurization. This product can absorb H2O, NH3, CO, CO2, SO2, H2S, CH3OH, C2H5OH, C2H4, C2H2, C3H6, etc.
